Dr. Bernd Hollerit

Bernd Hollerit received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in software development and business from the Graz University of Technology, Austria, and his Ph.D. degree from the School of Engineering, The University of Tokyo, Japan.

During his master’s program, he was selected for an exchange year at The University of Tokyo. From 2014 to 2017, he led research at the National Institute of Informatics, Japan, before switching to the private sector, where he has been employed since 2018.

Dr. Hollerit is currently employed as Chief Technology Officer at the #1 crypto token company in Japan. His interests include artificial intelligence, machine learning, cryptocurrencies, cyber security, gamification, usability, and natural language processing.
